Eva Boothman has owned and run this simple friendly guest house for over 40 years.We are right in the centre of Blackpool only 2mins form The Winter Gardens The Syndicate Superclub. The Grand Theatre e.t.c. All rooms are light and airy with Wasbasin Freeview Tv Complimentry Tea and Coffee. The Shower and Toilet facilities are shared. Breakfast is not included as we are central to all the usual outlets. However is available at £4 pp upon request payable locally. Pay and Display parking is aprox 200 meters. Also plenty of other municipal car parks are close by. The Rates are per room but £20 individually. Please note your card is only to secure the reservation and no money is taken of it. Directions

By Car. Go to the end of the M55 Blackpool and join Yeadon way. Follow it all the way to the end thru the car parks. Turn left onto Central Drive and take the right hand lane bearing right at McDonalds onto Albert Road. Go thru the lights and we are the second on the left but you have to take the third and come round due to the one way system. We are the last on the right with the iron railings.By Rail. And on foot aprox 5-10 min's walk or grab a Taxi 2 min's.Walk out of the station and down Talbot Road towards the prom. Take the first left after the bus station onto Topping Street .Pass the Washington pub on your right and go streight on to the end. Cross over the main road and that is Alfred Street. We are the last on the right with the iron railings.
