We are situated on the Queens Promenade about 10 minutes walk from Norbreck Castle, directly to the side of the Old Miners Home (now converted to flats).Tram and bus stops are located just outside, so local transport is excellent, bus passes outside Lancashire are acceptable to use on the local buses. We have a wireless internet connection available to residents. All our rooms are en-suite with sea views with 22 inch lcd tv/dvds. When the illuminations are on, there is a wonderful view of the set pieces that are located in front of the Guest House. We are licensed to sell alcohol to residents only. No hen/stag parties because we are only a small family/couple guesthouse.Smoking policy

We have 2 family rooms, 1 with 1 double and 2 single beds,1 with 1 double and 1 single bed.A cot is available.
1 single room with a 4 foot bed.
3 double rooms.
1 twin room.
There is a ramp for wheelchair access and there are three suitable bedrooms on the ground floor.(There is a wheelchair available on loan for free)
You will have your own table in the dining room throughout your stay which will be the same number as your room number.A baby high seat is available.
There is a T.V lounge which is open for guests throughout the day.We are Wi-Fi enabled.There is also a bar.All our bedrooms have 22 inch flat screen tvs with dvd player built in.All bedrooms are en-suite.
